十头鲍鱼(Abalone) | 海参 (Sea cucumber) |海水老虎虾 (Tiger prawn) | 鱼仔福代 (Fortune Tau Fu ) | 扇贝 (Scallop) | 鱼鰾 (Fish Maw) | 花菇(Shitake Mushroom) 招牌燒肉 Signature Roasted Pork) | 蟹柳 (Snowcrab stick) | 海发菜 ( Fatt Choy) | 鹌鹑蛋 (Quil Egg) | 韩国耗干 (Dried Oyster)

Product will be picked up frozen. 
To Consume, please follow the warm up instructions below:

Step 1: Thaw the Poon Choy & the soup pack.

Step 2: Take the Broccoli & Prawn Out

Step 3: Pour 1 packet of Soup pack into the pot.

Step 4: Steam for 20 mins or place on stove under low heat (Please DO NOT microwave)

Step 5: Put in the broccoli & Prawn – steam for another 5 mins

Step 6: Enjoy your Poon Choy. Remember you can dip the ingredients into our Signature seafood Sambal for extra Flavors!

Step 7: Warm up the extra soup pack - you can pour in to the poon choy halfway through your meal to enjoy your poon choy as a hotpot
