Since 2017, we have been on a relentless journey to perfect one of Malaysia’s most iconic dishes. Born from a third-generation Peranakan kitchen rooted in Malacca, Kampung Dining pioneered the Pork Nasi Lemak category in the Klang Valley, long before it became a trend.
Over the years, we have continued refining every recipe, sourcing better ingredients and deepening every flavour. Because for us, good enough has never been good enough.

🥩 Crackling Skin Siu Yuk Nasi Lemak 脆皮烧肉椰浆饭
House-roasted crispy pork belly served with fragrant coconut rice, slow-fried pork lard and our house-made sambal. The signature dish that started it all.
🌶️ Petai Minced Pork Sambal Nasi Lemak 叁巴臭豆肉碎椰浆饭
Bold, spicy and deeply satisfying. Minced pork and petai are wok-tossed in our fiery house-made sambal for a flavour that is savoury, fragrant and unmistakably Malaysian.
🍖 Braised Pork Belly Curry Nasi Lemak 咖喱卤花肉椰浆饭
Slow-cooked pork belly simmered until tender in a rich, comforting Peranakan-style curry made with layers of spices.

Juicy pork ribs marinated with aromatic spices and fried until beautifully fragrant, served with our signature pork lard nasi lemak.

When Evening Comes, We Become Yu Shan Home Dining

After 5.30pm, Kampung Dining transforms into Yu Shan Home Dining 雨山家饭 — our warm and comforting Malaysian Chinese family dinner concept.
Yu Shan Home Dining was created for families who want a proper, balanced dinner after a long day, without having to plan, shop or cook another meal at home.
Named after our two children, Yu 雨 and Shan 山, the concept is inspired by how we want dinner with our own family to feel: a warm bowl of rice, a comforting soup, vegetables and familiar home-cooked dishes, thoughtfully served together on a wooden tray.
Our dinner menu features dishes such as Sarawak White Pepper Pork Stomach Soup, Yellow Wine Ginger Chicken, Juicy Grilled Pork Chop and other timeless Malaysian Chinese favourites.
It is not fine dining, and it is not meant to be complicated. It is simply a heartfelt family dinner, made from scratch with real ingredients.
No shortcuts. No unnecessary fuss. Just honest Malaysian food prepared with care — from our signature Pork Nasi Lemak in the day to a warm home-style dinner at night.

自2017年起,我们一直专注于做好马来西亚最具代表性的美食之一——椰浆饭。Kampung Dining 源自马六甲第三代娘惹家庭厨房,也是巴生谷较早将猪肉与椰浆饭结合,并把它发展成招牌主食的餐厅之一。
这些年来,我们不断调整食谱、寻找更好的食材,也一次又一次提升每一道菜的味道。因为对我们来说,“已经不错”从来都不够好。

每日自家烤制的香脆烧肉,搭配椰香饭、慢火炸制的猪油渣及自制叁巴。这就是一切开始的地方。
🌶️ 叁巴臭豆肉碎椰浆饭 Petai Minced Pork Sambal Nasi Lemak
肉碎与臭豆一起用自制叁巴大火翻炒,香辣、浓郁又开胃,是一道充满马来西亚风味的招牌椰浆饭。
🍖 咖喱卤花肉椰浆饭 Braised Pork Belly Curry Nasi Lemak
肥瘦相间的花肉以丰富香料慢慢炖煮,直到软嫩入味,搭配浓郁又暖胃的娘惹风味咖喱。
🍗 香料炸猪骨椰浆饭 Pork Ribs Berempah Nasi Lemak
猪骨以多种香料腌制后炸至香气十足,肉质多汁软嫩,配上我们的招牌猪油椰浆饭。

入夜以后,我们成为雨山家饭
晚上6点以后,Kampung Dining 会转换成 雨山家饭 Yu Shan Home Dining——一个温暖、简单的马来西亚华人家常晚餐概念。
我们创造雨山家饭,是因为我们明白,忙了一整天以后,晚餐不应该再成为另一项任务。
下班以后、放学以后,许多家庭想要的并不是复杂的大餐,而是一碗热饭、一碗暖汤、一些蔬菜,还有几道熟悉又让人安心的家常菜。
“雨山”这个名字来自我们的两个孩子——女儿雨,儿子山。这个晚餐概念,也来自我们心中一家人吃晚饭时最理想的模样:温暖、平衡、简单,却用心。
每份晚餐以木托盘呈上,搭配白饭、汤、蔬菜及家常主菜。菜单包括砂拉越白胡椒猪肚汤、黄酒姜鸡、香煎多汁猪扒、脆皮烧肉,以及其他熟悉的马来西亚华人家常料理。
它不是复杂的精致餐饮,也不需要太多仪式感。
雨山家饭想做的,只是一顿认真煮、用真实食材完成,并让一家人可以安心坐下来享用的晚餐。
不走捷径,不过度复杂。白天,我们坚持做好原创猪肉椰浆饭;晚上,我们为你准备一顿温暖的家饭。
