We will not be cutting the porchetta for you as cutting it before pick up/transport will cause the pork to loose its juiciness & crispy skin texture.
Warm Up instructions will be given - recommended to warm up before serving for best result & to consume on the same day without keeping it in chiller/freezer.
Warm Up Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 170 degree & warm up for 10 mins, then 260 degree for 5mins
2. If customer keep frozen, please defrost. Warm up in oven at 170 degree for 30 mins, then 260 degree for 10mins (pls note that skin may not be crackling if it is frozen & warm up again)
3. Cut to serve with sauce
