Our Sambal Tumis is now in Jars - ok to leave at room temperature (if not open) for 6 months. Once open, please consume within 1 mth & keep in chiller. 

Strictly no preservative & no artificial flavours/MSG


Ingredients: Dried Cili, Cili padi red, cili padi green, galangal, lemongrass, shallot, garlic, Big red onion, belacan, assam Jawa, pandan, salt, sugar

Perfect for: 

  1. as dipping sauce 
  2. to stir fry with any vegetables, prawns, sotong
  3. bake with fish

    We had the pork curry, ayam keluak, veg with siu bak, cencalok omlette and sambal petai prawn. It was very good. We the proceeded to desert, ordered the cendol, kuih talam and pulut tai tai.
