Our story began in 2014, when we opened Alison Soup House — a small restaurant built on one belief: that a good, long-brewed pork soup can nourish the whole family. Day after day, we slow-cooked our broths for hours, watching customers come back not just for the taste, but for how it made them feel.
Over the years, the most common request we heard was simple: "Can you bring Alison Soup House back?"
So in 2025, we did exactly that. We bottled our beloved broth — same slow brew, same real finest ingredients, same care — and launched Kampung Broth's Organic Pork Trotter Broth, so every family could enjoy it from the comfort of their own kitchen.
Compared to chicken broth, pork broth is naturally richer in collagen, minerals, and Omega-3 fatty acids — making it more effective for healthy skin, strong joints, and post-illness recovery. Our broth contains 5,000mg of collagen and 110mg of Omega-3 per serving, all drawn naturally from the bone through slow, gentle heat.
