Chargrilled Smoked Iberico Pork Ribs 黑毛猪排骨

Frozen. Steam/put in oven to warm up. BBQ Sauce. Good for 4-5pax

Braised in our special made BBQ sauce before we roast them to ensure fall of the bone juicy pork ribs

 

Warm up instructions: 

1. Defrost overnight in chiller
2. Brush the sauce on the ribs evenly 
3. Preheat oven 170C, bake for 15mins
4. Turn oven to 220C, bake for another 5mins
5. Sprinkle white sesame seed evenly on ribs
